Oak Ridge depends entirely on donations to fund repairs, grounds maintenance, tree preservation, equipment,etc.

 

Since many burials are from the 1800's, it's difficult to find family members who feel connected. We know a lot of community members and visitors come to the cemetery to visit. They walk, they find solitude, they enjoy a piece of history.  If you feel a connection to Oak Ridge, please consider adding your support by donating.  Your donation will help us to continue to maintain this wonderful place.

 

The Oak Ridge Cemetery Association is working to build both the  trust account (perpetual funding for the cemetery) and the  cash account (money used to  pay for annual maintenance and repairs to the buildings, roads, tree removals and headstone repairs).

Our activities are centered around building family connectedness to the cemetery so that funding becomes a family goal.
